What features do you want for your site panel?

Admin able to add new pages to the site panel
News system (site and panel)
Being able to add pages to the site via the panel with content (in a HTML style editor)

Dunno if you are having News, Events, and Radio Panels all in one..?

If you are.. Make it so each section has admin to control and moderate it.. then a Super Admin position for site owners etc to control everything so then they can control everything and reg admins can't delete major accounts if they're fired or something

Polls part in panel - Only Admin Access to create/modify polls
Radio Spy
Staff List - MSN + Skype area that member can enter for contacting them

Can change layout + colors of events/news posts
All applications sent to admin of the certain panel only + all Super Admins
Report staff members
Rules/TOS
Contact Admin
Make panel easy to integrate into layouts
Ranks system for DJs - Listeners/Times DJd
Image upload area for News team to upload imgs for articles if necessary
Staff Chat
Banned Songs area
Make it easy to edit + make pages that show on regular site almost immediately
DJ infractions for breaking rules etc
SAdmins + Radio Admin can boot current DJ off-air / Restart radio server
Ability for SAdmins + Admins to mass-message staff of their area - SADMINs have option to mass everyone in panel
