Gaming thread moved...

I personally thought it would make more sense as in the Avvy thread we can discuss the whole thing about avatars. If not, whatever.

The thread has been moved and the "post your gamertag" has changed to both gamertag and avatar.

True, But I feel that Avatars can create discussions and stuff, where as you just post your tag and your done.

Although im a regular poster there, all this annoying Post Your thread madness comes from the Tech forum. Threads such as :-

Why have these not been closed, but mine has? I find it a bit unfair that Mad stickied it and it may have just been a moment of Fanboy Glory (ref: his mod message). There are many, many more. Its just a bit annoying that a thread that could create good discussions and laughs gets removed, where as a thread to brag about gigawatzzz! gets kept in the Tech forum.

Also, im sure you all know how quick threads bury in the Spam forum, you could at least move it back to the Gaming forum? Bit silly.

Threads made for spamming e.g forum games need to start being moved to the spam section either way you look at it. Or if we could get the message around the whole forum that having a bigger post count doesn't make you any better then that might solve it.

The only way to sort that is to stop rewarding people for having lots of posts, but I think that's unfair and there's no guarantee it would stop anything.

My suggestion to solving this 'Post your' problem is as follows:
Create a new forum which is only for 'Post Your' threads and only 'Post Your' threads belong there, post count would be disabled. Threads would require approval before being made public in that category to prevent a ridiculous over-load of silly Post Your threads such as 'Post your mothers best friends maiden name'. This would clean up all sections, it would not be a disaster if there was a lot of spam as post counts would be disabled.

I have a feeling this won't be incorporated because it just seems such a good idea that HabboxForum wouldn't even consider it, but come on, who's with me?

Im not arsed werther its my thread or not, its the fact that it should be a thread for sharing and discussing avatars.

@Scotteh, you mekd me lol. If you go in the thread people were discussing Avatars and stuff. It takes time mate, they were only released yesterday.
