Nothing to worry about, they seem to definetly be genital warts from your description but don't worry as there are treatments out there that are effective.

I myself had these annoying 'spots' had to lay low for a while. But I used the freezing treatment at a clinic. I wouldn't reccommend using this method as it is absoloutely excrutitating but it was effect and they dissapeared with in two weeks of treatment.
