I reckon it'll be a fix for the scripting. Like Jarkie said, they won't be adding any new content considering at the moment half of Habbo can't even stay in a room for 5 minutes.

Seeing as effects were supposed to be with the update, and they were brokenz0red. But the majority seem to think its to fix erroring, so lets go with that

Could be they redirected the client to community page to reduce lag on the server the client is on (if its on a seperate server.) Having 5,000 people constantly trying to join will cause a lot of lag. Alternatively, some people may have found a way to get on whilst its in maitenance.

EDIT: Found a way to get on. Loggin in again may help, but if you still get the community page load, select a room from there. You'll see theres a load of rooms that are popular or whatever, click the join room there.
