Why would you do that when you could just do crunches..
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Because crunches are for toning up your stomach and has nothing to do with losing weight but running does lol?

Lol, I don't bother doing any excerising for my weight as I do rugby and do alot of running when I'm playing.

I concentrate on my muscle and do a damn lot of excerises and use to go gym all the time.

To be fair all road running is bad for you anyway and a two mile run every morning isn't that good. You need to alter it every time you run/exercise for your body to get maximum fitness or w.e.

You're utterly and completely wrong in all circumstance. Any exercise that gets the hard pumping faster than usual is a great exercise for you. Running in particular burns off a great deal of calories which burn up energy and aids fat loss. 2 miles every morning is great for anybody who wants to keep in shape or lose fat so I don't know where you got that bit from? Of course you will have to improve your distance but thats down to something we like to call Stamina.. Stamina occurs when you endure something and get used to it, your body allows you to do more.
