cbfsms.com - Uses a LOT of advertisements, so your pop-up blocker could be something to do with this?

I had this before, it is usually due to problems with your ISP, I just waited a day and it sorted itself out.

I know this sounds very basic, but it works somtimes,
Turn your router on and off, leave it off for a couple of minutes

Do a traceroute and post the results. To do this:

    1) go on start select run
    2) type cmd then press ok
    3) at the prompt type tracert cbfsms.com and hit enter
    4) it will do its stuff
    5) post the results here
    6) do same for other sites with issues
