    I forwarded the port, enabled encryption, still not working. This is so annoying...

    If you havn't used your internet for anything that is illegal recently you should phone up Talk Talk and ask them whats going on, it sounds like they have limited your p2p.

    AOL throttles my torrenting port every 1-2 weeks, just change to a different port.

    Traffic management is normal, and within their TOS, If your constantly classed as abusing EG using USENET p2p or torrents you will get reduced speeds. He is using torrents not to transfer his favorite mspaint job, If he was to ring talk talk they would simply refer him to the TOS
