    The Cant Drop Furni In Other Peoples Rooms Is Either;
    You Dont Have Rights
    They Removed This Because Of Scammers

    And The Moodlight Thing Is Because Of This Script Thing, If You Give Scripters Rights In Your Room Then Can Edit The Colour Of Your Moodlight And Even Switch It To A Dark Black So It Looks Like There Is Nothing There, Habbo Is Obviously Tying To Patch This But Are Failing Miserably With Bucho6 Left To Run Habbo UK Alone.

    Bucho6 and Lost_Witness don't have any say in how Sulake fixes bugs, so no point trying to blame it on Bucho6.

    Little trick i was just showed, turning on a moodlight (while the moodlights are messed up/erroring):

    Note: You can't be the owner (or it errors you) and you DON'T need rights to do it.

    Double click the moodlight and it turns itself on . This trick is "room-side", in the manner that only the people currently in the room can see it's effect, anyone who comes in after it will still see the moodlight as being off.

    Once again, You don't need rights.
