NFS Undercover is alot better. About free roam, nfs has that where you can go around doing your own thing but its a pain when you get the cops onto you when free roaming. Story line is also quite interesting along with the cars. Ive found it quite addictive and I really need to stop playing as much as i do. Online is great, up to 8 players in a sprint/circuit and other online modes like Cops n robbers.

Only bad point is that so far ive found it pretty easy. Yh theres a few hard bits where ive had to try 3-4 times but more or less the sprints n circuits are pretty easy providing you chose the right pink slip. Im currently at 60% in two days. But the cost to state and escape races are quite hard imo so im kinda stuck

Dont know about Midnight Club LA but its pretty cheap now

I played on both, Burnout was good but they're both old tbh.

I have both. I have finished NFS. I Don't recommend it that much as the story mode isn't very good. However, I haven't yet played MCLA. When I do, I will tell you which I think is better. I would recommend MCLA Though.

Thanks ChainGang. I thought Midnight Club LA that I borrowed off my mate was great. NFS Undercover got 4/10 though on IGN and on wikipedia it has lots of criticism like easy AI and loads of problems. NFS has more cars though and more cars that are well known, such as Ford Focus etc. I don't really like the movie scene style cut scenes in NFS tbh.

Yeh, i like the scenes more realistic feel to it. About the cars yeh, has some great cars like Dodge Viper and Bugatti which are pretty amasing.

Online play is good to show off your cars
