Corsair etc made so it doesn't fry every living thing on your computer, artic power would no doubt take em with it, and yes i can as its budget. Thats like saying Ebuyer Extra Value is crap, just because i haven't used it i can give it an opinion.
Yes, if you have a PCI-E slot it will be fine. Just make sure you remove all drivers for the old card first before fitting this one.
