New computer always freezes during gameplay... +16rep

Tell him to disable every program he has (during startup). He might have 4GB but he might have a lot of junk.

Start > Type msconfig in the search box > Startup > Disable all (Will then restart)

I had a similar issue. Did this and it worked.

Computer is brand new, I don't have any programs except what came with the computer and Warcraft 3 / Death or Glory. There ain't any junk

Are your temps sensible? is it just freezing for so long then plays again, or completel freeze or what?
