Thank you guys, i will be giving you all reps however, i have watched a few videos from youtube obtaining a fire cape even pures with 1 defense.

Purple sweets are a must as they stack, heals 3HP I think.

It used to be random between 0-4 HP.

You really want 82 magic as well, so you can blood-blitz to regain HP, I'd suggest taking two crystal bows and purple sweets and blood-blitzes. I suggest you follow a "pure fire cape" guide. Although I suggest you complete the fire cape mini game on another account before you pure, it's hard on a main, much harder on a pure.
