This could be growing pains. It could also just me cold weather affecting your body.
I remember in my early teens when you go through pubety my knees used to hurt all the time doctor said it was "growing pains".
Does the area jsut below your knee cap hurt when you lift your leg up?
If so, it's Osgood-Schlatter disease, I have it.
If you tap like, the joint just at your knee so just under your knee cap, does it really hurt? Even if it's really light tap?
I have that.
Quite a few of my friends have had it too, my mate said it goes after about a year (lol).
I've had it since around late January and mine's been wearing off too.
Did you bumped your knees recently?
Also how much do you weigh? -
How you sit affects it a lot. Sitting with you're knees bent and your feet on the chair infront of you - crouching - can make them sore if you stay like that for a long time. Happened to me almost every day after coming of the PC, they hurt. Now I sit on one foot and let the other hang so I just become numb instead.![]()
