Phoned them up. They wont allow any change in the pollicy so I can't get a full refund which was kind of expected. HOWEVER, I have managed to get in touch with a guy via my mums partner, who's willing to BUY vouchers for Louis Vuitton off of me if I exchange the bag for vouchers in the store in Edinburgh. Since he's doing this I'm obviously not asking for the full amount, but we agreed on a value of £500. So I'll exchange the bag in Edinburgh for vouchers, sell the vouchers to him for cash so he can give them as a gift to his wife, then I have £500 for spending
