There isn't an .ipa for it. Just the application files. They don't come bundled like an official app.

I'd reconmend you re-jailbraking your ipod or phone with quickpwn.

The only folk that have the ipa for installer is dev team however it's cydia now aswell remember. I doubt there will be a installer.ipa somewhere unless you can get someone to ssh into there ipod/iphone and send it you.

I've had a look around google, but i cant sceem to find it, What's wrong with installing quickpwn and only selecting the installer app, not ticking cydia,boot logos ect
