my fav place for domains is 123-reg.co.uk athogh there mainly .co.uk's . Have as far as im aware 100% uptime and ive been with them about a year and a half. Pretty cheep to.

Hosting, im with ax, not the best uptime, but the price is very good for the amount of stuff you get with the plans.
