How long has your xbox lasted?

I had mine since December 05, it broke this year in August, so It's only broke once.

ive had mine since november last year broke once so i had it about 10 months before it broke

Then i'd say 9 months on the new one they gave me.

I've had vairous Xbox's in that period, white one till the Elite came out, then I got Elite last year for Christmas, still going strong. By the way you should invest in one of them official fan things, they helped me a lot by keeping it ventelated as I used to play a lot after school

Im investing in a xbox elite atm, should be here by monday. Now i have to buy a wireless adapter which is gonna set me back another 80 quid

Should ring Micro$oft up and get one free Loads of people here have scored bare free stuff from M$, just say it wouldn't turn on or anything and the store wouldn't refund you as it's not their fault that it was faulty so you just threw it in the bin then your mate told you they could have fixed it or w/e and they should send you a replacement
