A gallery where people can upload photos and tag their friends, then let people search for people in photos so you could find all the photos with say person X in them

With all honestly that means there making a social networking site for the school.. why not just make a group on facebook or bebo or something about there school and just have a basic website with a few pictures and a tag board.
