Well.. depends what you want! If you want a night with someone that could, in the long run turn into something much more serious and lead to 'something good' often, then I would suggest going with the good friend or with someone else you find and are interested in.
If, however, you aren't as concerned with something more meaningful.. Go with D. It'll make it a night to remember, if she makes good on her promise! But then again, if she doesn't, you'll potentially have lost the chance to have a good prom (but I dont know how important prom is to you.. it was a huge deal for me, but I'm american so whatever
)
So in the end, it comes down to if you want some satisfaction at the end of the night, or have a comfortable good time for the first part of the night
If you think you'll have a good time with D though, then by all means go for it!
