    Okay well.. You can fix a 'strict' NAT.. Its called port forwarding.. Google it and search something like - portforwarding xbox 360 then find the ports needed to be opened.. its nothing to do with virgin. im on virgin 10mb with a belkin router and i have 'open' NAT

    If you have strict nat you must change it to play in most games etc

    I have that and it's easy enough to change, I got mine from Moderate to Open which helps a lot.

    Ring up xbox customer support, ask them for the NAT codes. Go onto your router settings page (Your ip, or routers ip). Then go on virtual servers and type the code in that they told you.

    If you ring up xbox live they tell you exactly how to open your ports if you dont wish to fiddle around for ages.
