Anyone with watercooling atm, what would you advice

1/2" ID (3/4" OD)

7/16" ID (5/8" OD)

which would you advise? both fit on the 1/2" barbs but 7/16 is alot tighter, so less chance of it coming off, i'm also using hose clamps though so.
