I did OCT G152, new specimen and I thought it was quiet easy. I was dreading it and my two favourite topics came up, delegated legislation and statutory interpretation so I did SI I hope I did wellOnly time will tell! Good luck everyone.

same, i knew delegated legislation but not law reform, had no other option to do SI

I knew Del Leg so well, but **** all about Law Reform, so i had to do SI. Not my strongest topic.

I was sat there like... what else can I write about the purposive approach lol Literal rule would have been easier to explain for a 15 mark question.
Statutory Interpretation has always been my favourite and the teacher said she thought it would be statutory interpretation v EU law + law reform ;oLast edited by leah; 13-01-2009 at 08:20 AM.
