My friend watches it, he got to around episode 150 in the space of two or three months. All depends on how much you like it, and how fast you watch it. I watched like 150 episodes of Bleach in about one month, and around 80 episodes of Gintama in a month, lol.

I gave it a try, I have watched it, and I would happy continue watching it but the character design just puts me off. Fair enough, the character design is one of the things that makes it quite unique, and it does fit well with the whole pirate theme, but it's just not for me.

Claymore is one of the best looking anime of it's kind you moron. You expect Gurren Lagann's style in a medieval anime or something? Yeah, good thinking. The style fit's it perfectly and it CAN NOT, and WILL NOT work any other way.
