So because over 18 year olds made it makes it mature/legal/funny?

I don't think so - Look at previous websites such as 2girls1cup.

You seriously need to grow up. You can't be 18 - you find mens balls funny.

Look at your own balls for your pure hilarious entertainment? Or go onto gay porn websites and laugh there.

You are also doing something illegal.

Your website is showing explicit video of adult content.

I don't see any warnings on your website - nor do you have a license to host such data.

I think you need to recheck your ways, who is your host? I'm sure they would like to see your happenings.

EDIT: Even better! You're on a .co.uk domain too! Somebody can get in big trouble!

Who said anything about 2girls1cup being made by 12 year olds? I didn't say, or hint a thing about it, nor did I disagree with you of it being made by 18 year olds?

    Seriously, learn to read correctly?

I said your doing something illegal - you are hosting it as it linked to your .html page, and as that .html page is created on your hosting dir with the video EMBEDDED into the page, you are therefore hosting the video, maybe not the actual video it self, you could be embedding from say youtube but your still embedding it onto your hosting dir.

You also have no warning that you have adult nature - I could be 12, I could report your website and possibly sue you since I now have a "mental disorder" and I have seen my doctor, and he said I do to, now that I have his proof I'm gunna sue you for a few thousand of quid.

2 words, shut up. You have no idea about Internet law. If you embed an object (such as a flash or video object/applet) that doesn't mean you host the content and so you cannot be held liable for the content shown in the video (there has only been like one incident where a person was held repsonsible for linking to illegal content, but that was in the UK, not US).

Also, about the absence of a disclaimer; I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to not show a disclaimer in the US, but agan, I'm not completely sure.

No, I just studied it for 3 years.

Obviously... yet your liable for putting up the content in the first place... Nevermind what the content is.

And? That makes it non illegal?

    Yes it is...

His website is located in Australia... (according to http://whois.domaintools.com/scottreppin.co.uk)

Go read the ACMA Invent before you go around making statements. "You have no idea about Internet law."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_s...aphy#Australia
Some areas of legal concern regarding adult pornography are:

    • Prohibiting certain or all types of pornography that are illegal within a government’s jurisdiction. For countries that do not prohibit all pornography, this might include pornography featuring violence or bestiality, for example.
    • Preventing those under the legal age (for most this means a minor under 18 or 21) from accessing pornographic content.

If you don't host the content, you can not (or shouldn't be in most jurisdictions) be held liable for what the content contains (in most countries). I'm not saying that you'll never be arrested/prosecuted, but there is a 98.9999*% chance you'll never be charged for linking to content like the video on his website, perhaps if you link to content such as CP and your country twists laws, but not the video you're arguing about.

According to reverse DNS lookups, his server is located in the United States, but I don't know. If the server is located in AU then yes, of course the ACMA is involved, but if it's in the US, it has no relevance.
