Honestly, I can't find a thing that sets this site apart from any others I've seen. Other than the apparently ripped rainbow, it's pretty much like any other ordinary site. Slogan just for 2 seconds of people's time and nothing more? Great, good luck.

I think you should consider changing the rainbow effect, as its too similar to one of the best Habbo designs (link).
It also needs recoded (Well, its not really coded, just sliced in photoshop), its all images and the spacings are all different.
If you are going to keep it as it is, may I recommend transparent PNG? It would make the rainbow effect look a lot better

o ******* hell -.-' like i showed brett my v3 layout which just happened to have a rainbow on it (not where he put it) and i didn't know habbonet.de had a rainbow arghhhhhhh.
this is very annoying because the site has a lot of colour on thats why it inspired the rainbow, i like the look of the layout but some of the things that itweedz said i agree with.
