having fast food every day gradually will make you become more unhealthy, even if you do exercise regularly. next time, before you go to work take some food with you like a sandwich and some fruit. or if there's a subway near you buy a low fat sub. they're way healthier and probably way nicer than McDonalds or fast food like that anyways.
Well, if you go to pizza hut you could try their new range of pastas which is healthy for you.

Well obviously with all the crap in fast foods, continuing from here won't do you very well.
I used to eat loads of fast food since I started college since its literally in the middle of the town. But now I goto subway which is alot more healthier and tastes better.![]()
If you're scraping the sides when you go out the garage door, there's problems.
Yeah its not the best thing to eat.
But it wont be that hard to cut down, just start to pack a sandwich, something like turkey and lettuce and mayo or something. You should also pack an apple or banana along with it. Than get some juice with it. That should be a healthy snack to keep you over until you get home so you can have a proper dinner.
