Also its a bit too plain. Maybe on the boxes, use 3 different colours and make the expand thingy more clear.
Plus, on the poxes the padding is something like 2, make it 5

As said, it's plain. Also I could barely see the shrink/expand. And the expand should be the same speed as shrink.

Try to lay off the iFrames, maybe some PHP Navigation would work good

I don't like it. It looks too boring. The font and effects on banner (text) doesn't look good.
