I think unless Habbox release a full version on why he was dropped from the spot that the management made a huge and idiotic mistake & I agree he had dedicated alot of his time to HRV to then be fired like that.

Mr-Trainor, the rare values manager, i must add, he has no connection to myself, other than being a strong personality in the team when i was an RVR, was removed from the team... I'd like to see you find someone else that puts in the amount of dedication I know for a fact Luke did. Every single day he updated those values, every single day he kept the morale high in that department, (wondering how i know, I speak to alot of them on msn), and now you've taken that away.

I think Habbox can safely say they've handed over the values wagon to HHGS, who deserve it, (i dont work for them before anyone says!)

I guess you could say we are. According to habbo users themselves we are the number 1 fansite, so that's always nice to hear. As for the "How immature can you get", I really don't know what that is supposed to mean related to this situation. I did however take it as a nice set up as to what to expect from the rest of your post.

It is up to Luke himself to tell people why he was demoted, and he seems to have taken it amicably which is a testament to his maturity. Luke will still be in the department, he can still keep morale high. Just because he isn't there doesn't mean Jake won't be doing his best to keep the department top notch - it's his job to. And you can be sure rare values will still be updated every day. I think everyone who has knowledge about how the departments works would agree that it was at its best with Jake at the helm.

In the "real" world a lot of jobs are advertised and alot of companies promote within but advertise the position publicly or scout for a person that seems to fit the position externally.

If your argument is X should of got the job then that is a matter of opinion i know neither of the people you are talking about but i did work in the rv department for a long time a while back and im sure Habbox's RV department will carry on just as good as its ever been. Habbox has a big following and is the main resource for rare values on Habbo UK (opinion not fact, based on my viewings and trades over past 5 years of Habbo).
