Starter edition is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Maximum of three applications...what a waste.

I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
I'm getting Professional or Ultimate?
I am getting Premium of professional, maybe ultimate
However I can see more of these coming to a tv screen near you:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxLgBx3W9SsJust choose Home Premium which comes with the majority of PCs and get a decent amount of features you may buy. It's easier than buying a car damn it! Honestly, it does make you wonder how many apes it took for Apple to make such a daft advert
I'm trying to think of a reason to get Windows 7 Starter, Netbooks use more than 3 apps as far as I am aware.

For those who don't know, starter edition is aimed at developing countries to give them the opportunity to use an up to date OS on the cheap
Surprised they've bothered with the editions again, although what they have made kinda makes sense if they keep to their promise of not marketing Ultimate and only using it for promotions, you can draw a comparison to the XP editions with most of them.
I'll use Ultimate, or stick with XP for a few more years.
