    It is a custom brand, packard bell.
    GFX is Nvidia Geforce 7050/ Nvidia nForce 610i

    You may be limited to what processors it can take then i'm afraid . Can you tell us what model PC it is or download CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and tell us what it says about your motherboard.

    both the mobo and the gfx card is oldddddddddddddddd but its ok for 100 quid i spose.

    I dont mind updating the motherboard if there is nothing compatible with it.

    That processor can support the Core 2 duo/cure 2 quad range

    The gfx card is integrated

    i think theres only 2 ram slots.

    Right so can you recommend some good processors and ram for around £160 that will work?
