Can't appeal if its macroing i don't believe

I've been banned on my account for 'macroing' and I was told they have sufficient proof and when I asked what it was they said it was because I wasn't talking - But I was muted for the last 24 hours?
Is there a hotline or anything I can contact, thanks.

correct me if im wrong, but didnt they introduce quick chat to allow muted players to communicate?
