    Because it shows employers you're able to listen to them and do as you're told. Getting an A* at GCSE is little more than showing you've listened to your teachers and can regurgitate this information. They don't actually care if you know how to pi square something unless you're a maths teacher.

    I used to think the same thing about school but it's definitley serious business. I mean, employers these days would rather hire foreign workers as they're paid less. It's good to have alot of qualifications just so it's down there no matter what they are. I doubt without trying to offend you that you'd get very far on a business without atleast one serious qualification.

    Then again I always have two sides of an argument, you look at the former owner of HBOSS & RBS. What qualifications did they have? No banking qualifications and how much were they earning yearly? Upto £700,000.

    It's your life though, your choice.
