Anything with a '?' does however count as a question. Someone saying "JAMES!?!?!" is still a question, just not a question anyone else would understand.
You are however correct if you are aiming for more substancial questions.

Maybe a filtering option nearer the top of the page to and where you can add words that interest you ?
