I'll change it then, but it's only because I value good advice

It's a good looking site by the way, but there isn't a niche audience of the site and the market is saturated for this type of site - think about that for your next 'board meeting' because your site will just fizzle out if you don't specify an audience and/or have a proper business plan.

    Good luck.

Not being funny, but it looks like a Word Press template, or of the sort.

Also WOOTS International is not a 'company'.

You only have to register a company if it's a Inc. but if you are a sole trader then you are welcome to call it a company. If the company is registered with the government then it'll be protected, but there is no obligation to register the company to be an actual company.

And to darren the meaning of a company is :
an organization which sells goods or services in order to make money:

So we sell a service, which therefore we are.

The difference between a 'company' and a LIMITED COMPANY is that the directors of the company have LIMITED LIABILITY, meaning if the company goes bust suppliers cannot chase down the directors for money.

How many readers do you get a month? I am quite interested but I would not be able to update all the news/blogs 24/7 so you might have to get a bigger team!

Yes, and we're not a LIMITED company we are just a company.
