You only get it when you go onto another tab like Community or Games etc.

• A guest book sign
• A Guides badge notification
• Sponsored/Event message
• Minimail Message

It's a small change but it's been there for quite sometime now meaning it's not new but it has it's uses I suppose.

Yes, it's when something of the above happens while you are not on the habbo.xx/me site. It's been around at least v28 . You can close the topic :p
Once per 2 months you'll get a topic like this on a Habboforum about the little star next to your Habboname. :p If it's new 'nd stuff.

yeah i think its just when you get a guestbook message/minimail/notification
i've never had it when i've had a sponsor message either

but a sponsor message could count as a notification?
