    I have spots. Hate em. Before i go to bed, i put sudocream on my face then i sleep with it on. In the morning, the redness is all gone! which makes a HELL of a difference. Try it.

    Try Tea Tree Oil this is BEST! Or you can basically just keep away from greasy foods Eg: bacon, fried eggs, chips. Keep clean and be patient.

    You often find with cheaper "spot" products that they remove dirt but they remove natural oils, known as lipids. Most products advertise natural oils as a problem but you need them as a layer to keep skin balanced. Excess oils are the problem, not the oils themselves.

    I'd speak to your doctor, they can give you products to apply which have hydrogen peroxide in 'um, which is the same chemical in what makes hair colour react and work, it works on skin but your doctor is best at acting against the problem.

    Also you'll find that soap is alkaline which is actually bad for your skin as your skin is on an acid scale of 4.5-5.5 PH - your products should be on an acid scale. Alkaline products remove all your surface goodness.

    oh my god. Science lesson;

    Matter changing state (solid to liquid to gas or vice versa) requires an immense amount of energy. This is because when it's going from solid to liquid or liquid to gas, energy is taken in to break the bonds between the molecules. Therefore, when it changes BACK, gas to liquid or liquid to solid, that same immense energy is given back out. This is called 'Latent Heat' or somtimes 'Hidden Heat'. This is why a steam burn will literally take the skin right off your face if you do that. Water also requires the most amount of energy to change state. Basically don't do what you said you would, please.

    Boiling the kettle and lifting the lid is just gonna scold your face lmao.

    I personally think your just making the spots even worse. Washing your face constantly is just cleaning away essential oils from your skin. Your skin realises these oils are missing and mass produces tonnes of it casuing greasy skin which in course, creates plenty of spots.

    I suggest keeping away from things like Clearasil which contain harsh chemicals. Wash your face twice a day with soap and water, don't use too much soap though.

    Go to your GP, they can give you a pescription for anibiotics and they help get rid of spots.

    Eventually, your skin will become accustomed to the anti biotics and they won't work.
