Boot order is if you need to boot-up from a memory stick/external or something, I'm not on about that.
If you can't find anything with the BIOS, definitely try inserting your Vista DVD like Blinger said, and go through the repair function, it should fix your boot up.

Well I can only suggest re-formatting to XP and downloading Vista and then re-formatting again back to Vista...
