I have suffered from back soreness for the last two years due to a soccer injury, i know your pain all to well!

Heres what works best for me:
-Stretching! i strech my back muslces every night basically and it helps alot, google or a pysio will help you with some good stretches.
-Deep heat/heat pack, the best cure for soreness is a nice heat pack.
-Weights, ive found relief in actually doing weights to strengthen my back
-Anti-inflamation cream, ive had some success with gels and creams on really bad days.

Yeah back pains in my opinion is because of being on the computer too much, but besides, there's not much to do nowadays apart from revise and kinda' chill out talking on msn, facebook and Habbo :/

Also in my sleep, I put a lot of padding on top of my mattress where it focuses on my lower back, this really relaxes my back and in a way it stops you from turning because you're so relaxed (according to the doctor) I tried that and it does indeed work, it takes most of the pain away for the next day!

It does kind of happen at teenage age, but then goes off. Do you do a lot of sport? Because I get back pain sometimes, and feel it could be from that. Maybe a pulled muscle, although it might not feel like it, it could be that.

Poor abdominal strength is a common cause for lower back pains
