The badges weren't given due to "technical issues"

These technical issues aren't that habbo staff want to get home quick, it's because some noob saved the badges as jpeg thus making them look stupid and non transparent, therefore when they've fixed them (remade them and saved as png, which in reality would take 5 minutes but seems to take 2 weeks) They'll give them out.
