What happend to Events?

Could have swore that the HxToday was for events to be posted in anyway lol.

Anyway I agree with the fact that the calendars do need to be updated more frequently, as the public can only know about 20 minutes before an event, which is pretty pointless as people may want to plan getting there.

Was better when it was 1hour before event tbh.

They used to be posted in Calendar so you'd always know when evnets on when and it'd be posted daily in the "Habbox Today" section of habbox.com

now it just seems like its gone? nothing gets updated on calendar and last habbox today was on sunday?

shouldnt it like be updated every day as it used to be, as i highly doubt anyone on this forum is using the calendar to find out when mardi gra and such are taking place.

The only form of us knowing what events are on if they are on is when they are posting 15/30 mins before the event in announcements, and half the time it takes ages to get the event started due to a lack of people, probably as their not informed?

So yeah shouldnt managers be updating Calendar/HX Today or not? :S

The Habbox Competition and Events Calendar is going to be updated very soon I cannot say about HxToday though, that's more up to Roxy and Lucy.

yeh but sometimes at the start; yesterdays first event i think it was ::Mattz:: hosting it we spent 18 minutes waiting for people before we could start. and apparently DJ was advertising aswell?

We have just been talking about this. I have been half away from events as i have GCSEs next week so i have to revise a lot. Roxy's Habbox Today is broken and mine has just been set up, and well we have no excuse for the HxF calender. We decided we would input the March calender to the system and they come along and we will be doing habbox today as of 1st March onwards, sorry for any inconvenience and if you want to know any more feel free to PM me and/or Roxy

With regards to Events, I would like to see more of the remaining 430 HCs that I donated used and I don't think any of the 500 credits I donated have yet been used either, as well as the 500 credits jrh2002 donated. Please make use of them else donating becomes rather pointless.

I think they were planned to be used for the big events such as Love week, Easter Eggstravaganza, Summer Spectacular, Habboxween, Christmas etc.
But I think more big events would be better as well as it would add more excitement to events instead of the normal day-to-day events that happens now.

talking about love week it ended 2 weeks ago and prizes still aint been given out, events manager doesn't even know whats happening with prize as sammeth. is meant to give it and said would be given out before last saturday, still nothing.

We can't give them out to people for every event, like they do at competitions because we have 1-2 events a day and we could never get enough creds or HCs for that amount of events. So like conz said we use them for the big events like Love Week, HxSS etc. We have used credits that was the prize for the overall winner of Love Week which has just gone. Believe me we do use everything you donate to the point where we have to cut back a bit! We are so grateful for both of your donations and can assure you it's not pointless!
