    He probably thinks he was doing nothing wrong, that he had the right and duty to do that to her for whatever reason.

    And hey, if kids are scared of going to the cells they wont commit crimes. Sometimes, stories like this spreading fear are a good thing.

    I watched that on I-Am-Bored.com. Not a very nice thing to do to someone though. Police Officers should have a considerable amount of self-control. Something this Officer is clearly lacking!
