    Vista Enterprise is only sold to large scale businesses. I would recommend going to your IT department at work and asking them to sort it.

    I've got a product key, but I keep getting that same error.

    The reason why you can't activate it is because Vista Enterprise does not connect to Microsoft's activation servers. Very large businesses usually set up their own activation servers.
