well, i emailed him to get my acc back. i gave all the info then he sent the info for the acc (new pw etc) to the wrong email and still hasn't replied.

I think the issue here is that some people like him because he dealt with there account problems and fixed it. Then there are others who he replied to and did not fix there problem such as not unbanning. He's just doing his job I s'pose
Ontopic: Why don't you just copy and paste the email you already sent him and send again. He may have done it by mistake. Everyone makes mistakes y'kno.
I'm not giving an opinion on him because I don't know him didn't even know he was a staff lol

depends if you seemed legit.
Also they are actually quite good at PS, they do reply personally to you. If you're email needs correcting, or can be answered by FAQ's, they just give you an automated email. You also have to reply to that automated email I think, if you still get it.

As he said yesterday in a HFFM room he is now unbanning people that he unfairly banned.
i always send emails asking for the same thing and nothing gets replied to![]()
