    THERE IS A MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH CAN CAUSE THIS I SAW IT ON HOUSE.

    Seriously though if it's a real problem see a doctor (and just hope he isn't cute), there is stuff they can do about it

    I sometimes do it because I don't feel confident, but I'm a bit better now I'm older. Sometimes I go red without even knowing it, my mates say "Youre going red again.." and I'm like "uh what? ;O"

    You will grow out of this, it happens to most people at some point. Just try to stay calm, breathe slowly and tell yourself that reading out in class etc. is no big deal. I used to get it at school as well but i don't now so i am sure you will grow out of it.

    oh gosh i am exactly the same! even if im just reading aloud when sitting in my chair and nobody is looking i can feel myself going really red.
    the same as you i never noticed it before so yeah i guess its puberty.
