logo wise, not the flash . just seems like its very similar in design

Your front page looks very.... familiar..

There are no rules or ways professionals need to behave/type. Sure, it looks better if they type with proper spelling and grammar, but using smiley faces are fine... that part of your post wasn't really needed. =]
