how come you get business insurance - what's your job?

i work for my uncle, i don't have business insurance myself but i was driving my uncle's mates car, which he let me use while my car was in getting it's service (he took it to the garage for me)

i was covered on the policy, i don't really understand the policy he has but when I'm 18 I'm going to try and get my uncle to sort me business insurance.
