    You could try fighting Lesser Demons in that place under Karamja.
    They drop runes and rune med helms.

    Or fish lobsters, although it's a bit annoying banking in F2P.

    Only other thing I can think of would be woodcutting Yews, although I'm guessing yews on F2P must be packed, so I guess you should stick to combat.

    You could try killing Flesh Crawlers in the Stronghold of Security - they drop lots of runes and herbs, and Edgeville Bank is close by to bank.

    Again, probably crowded though.
