    If you have a shaving light or just a little light then it can relax you a lot.
    In my shower I put the shaving light, its the small rectangle light above the mirror and turn the main light off. I then put a towel or cloth over a part of the light so its really dim. Just sit in the bath or shower with this limited light and you will really relaxed.
