Contract ~ Samsung Pixon (8gb memory card, 8meg camera) or wait till the Samsung Omnia HD comes out (16gb internal memory, 16gb memory card supported not included, Video recording and playback in 720p HD) Both around £400 to buy.

Pay as ye go ~ LG Cookie (touch screen, 3meg camera :/, only around £120 )

I've played with a cookie and some of my friends have them, now the novelty of the touch screen has worn off they hate it

If you dont mind windows mobile the Samung Omnia is pretty good, I have it and I love it. Otherwise the Nokia 5800 is supposed to be good as well as the LG Arena, Blackberry Bold. For the stats you posted you could buy a cheap phone for a tenner, do you want all these sexy expensive phones or a just-works phone?
