I know you dont want to spend money but they do a mini trial kit at the pharmacy, its not expensive, and last for abotu a week. Theres 3 steps to it works x

Baking Soda, 1/3 times a week but make sure you use normal toothpaste to protect your enamel.

If you just brush them more often they look whiter after a while. It's not something to worry about - if it gets to you that much just get them whitened 'professionally'. I know quite a few (2) people who had theirs whitened after they got their braces off.

Dont eat food like curry at the weekend if you only clean them the once as curry can stain them i think, keep brushing well and dont smoke !

Get crest strips, I have them and used them for ages.
Just put them on and white instantly

Although I do pay €50/60 £35/50 for a box... but its worth it
